The Audio/Video Production Certificate program focuses on the detailed study of audio production, sound design, audio engineering, acoustics, visual composition, lighting design, non-linear video editing, and motion graphics design. A primary function of this program is to serve individuals who have already completed an academic degree or designers currently employed in broadcast media professions interested in skill-enhancement opportunities. Students entering this certificate program should already have a basic foundation in video production and sound design attained through career performance or degree acquisition. Certificate credits may also be applied toward the Digital Arts and Visual & Performing Arts degree programs.
