The security industry needs people with ability, sensitivity and professional training. The Security Option provides training for career opportunities in the security industry and also offers a broad liberal arts education for those students who wish to transfer their earned college credits from the program to fouryear academic institutions. To be admitted formally to the program, a student must complete all prerequisite courses (if applicable) and must pass CJS* H101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice with a minimum grade of “C”.
